Linda approaches counseling with compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help people heal and grow. She believes in a holistic approach that considers the emotional, mental, physical, relational, and spiritual parts of life, with faith as an important foundation for healing and lasting change.
A seasoned specialist with over 15 years in mental health and substance use recovery, she empowers individuals to master anxiety, manage depression, and achieve stability. Her approach thoughtfully bridges Christian faith-based counseling with culturally responsive care designed to serve diverse backgrounds effectively. Linda’s own experience with God’s transforming work in her life, along with witnessing Him transform the lives of others, has strengthened her passion for helping people find hope and restoration.
Outside of counseling, Linda enjoys spending time with God in nature, gardening, and spending time with her family and her two young adult children, ages 19 and 21. These experiences have deepened her appreciation for faith, family, connection, and finding joy in everyday life.
