CURRENT OPENING AS OF JUNE 2026
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)

We are seeking a licensed clinician who is passionate about faith-integrated mental health care and ready to serve our growing community. This is a flexible position based at our Lemoyne, PA location, with the potential to expand to additional sites in the future. The ideal candidate brings clinical skill, a heart for service, and genuine alignment with our mission and statement of faith.

 

Responsibilities

  • Carry a minimum caseload of 10 clients per week, with flexibility to grow

  • Provide individual, couples, family, and/or child therapy as applicable to licensure and experience

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards

  • Collaborate with the In Him Christian Wellness team to support a holistic, whole-person model of care

  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development as required

  • Adhere to In Him Christian Wellness's statement of faith and mission-driven standards of practice

 

Required Qualifications

  • Active Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience

  • Agreement with and commitment to In Him Christian Wellness's statement of faith

  • Ability to work on-site at our Lemoyne, PA location

  • Strong clinical, documentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to ethical, culturally competent, and trauma-informed practice

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with children and families 

  • Specialty training or certification in trauma (EMDR, TF-CBT, CPT, or equivalent)

  • Familiarity with faith-integrated or Christian counseling approaches

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • $50.00 per client session

  • Flexible caseload structure — minimum 10 clients/week 

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued based on total client hours

  • Opportunity to expand to additional locations in the future

  • A mission-driven, supportive team environment rooted in faith
