Rhythms of Rest Workshop: Mental

Join us for a time of hands-on experience with rest - this month focusing on MENTAL REST. Develop your own custom strategies for incorporating rest into your weekly routine.

This Workshop will be in our Lemoyne office and will be a sweet time of experiencing rest in a new way. It is $15 per person and you can register below. Come back each month to learn about a different type of rest with us, inspired by Physician and Researcher Saundra Dalton-Smith, who identified seven types of rest we need to keep ourselves renewed in body, mind and soul in her book, Sacred Rest. It’s proven that engaging in spiritual, physical, emotional, social, sensory, spiritual, and creative rest helps prevent anxiety, depression and burn out.
