Rhythms of Rest Workshop
Physician and Researcher Saundra Dalton-Smith identified seven types of rest we need to keep ourselves renewed in body, mind and soul. Engaging in spiritual, physical, emotional, social, sensory, spiritual, and creative rest helps prevent anxiety, depression and burn out.
This workshop is designed to give participants hands-on experience with each type of rest and develop their own custom strategies for incorporating rest into their weekly routines.
Types of Rest:
Emotional, Mental, Physical, Spiritual, Creative, Social, Sensory
There will be one Workshop a month for seven months, allowing participants to have time to build healthy habits around each rest type before moving on to the next. The last workshop will culminate with a Wellness Retreat filled with restful activities.
Come to as many workshops as you want!
$15 per workshop per person
Retreat will be a different cost.
