Kristin Malloy, MA, NCC

Kristin studied psychology and received her BA from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania. She later went on to receive her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Messiah College. Kristin joined the In Him team first as a practicum student, then as an intern, and became a clinician upon graduation. She sees clients at our Carlisle location.

Kristin’s experience has focused on adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and PTSD, as well as adults processing trauma most often experienced during childhood. Her enthusiasm about helping mothers-to-be through perinatal mood and anxiety disorders has carried over into a goal to obtain certification in this area.

Kristin’s approach is strength-based and person-centered, utilizing cognitive-behavior therapy. She also incorporates mindfulness and self- compassion as a part of her work with men and women. It is her passion and privilege to walk with others as they make their journey through life.

Kristin is working towards a Pennsylvania counseling license to become an LPC, and is receiving clinical supervision to that end.
